Aperitifs: Gin & Tonic, Muscat, Communade, Pastis, Kir served with pate en croute, olives & nibbles. Entrees: Smoked salmon & cream cheese blinis, Goats cheese & honey blinis, Charcuterie, Lyonnaise Salad, Camembert fondue. Plats: Pork & prunes, Chicken in tarragon sauce, Roasted vegetables, Chicken a' l' Auvergne, Boudin Noire aux poires, Raclette, Sausage braised with lentils in red wine, Porc Farci. Cheese: A variety of local cheeses or local fromage blanc. Dessert: Gateaux, Ice cream with whisky, Chocolate mousse, Chocolate pudding, suet pudding, sorbet, Tarte- Tatin, Crème Brulee Nigella's Mont Blancs.
